Quality Control & HSE Manager

We are looking for a passionate and detail oriented Quality Control & HSE Manager to ensure our villas consistently meet the highest quality and hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine villa inspections and quality audits to ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor compliance with company SOPs, service standards, and HSE regulations.
• Evaluate guest feedback, online reviews, and service performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to resolve maintenance and quality concerns.
• Prepare inspection reports, performance analyses, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction, operational consistency, and team performance.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all operational teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Certified in Occupational Health & Safety (K3).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or HSE within the hospitality, villa management, or hotel industry.
• Strong understanding of hospitality service standards, SOP compliance, villa inspections, and guest experience management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross functional teams.
