Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage legal requests from villa owners related to their PT PMA.
- Coordinate with Legal, Accounting, Tax, Notaries, and Banking partners to ensure timely completion of corporate and regulatory matters.
- Oversee corporate compliance, including Annual Reports (RUPS), shareholder resolutions, and statutory filings.
- Coordinate dividend distributions, shareholder loan repayments, capital injections, capital reductions, and company liquidation processes.
- Review and prepare legal documentation, including loan agreements, shareholder resolutions, board resolutions, powers of attorney, and corporate addenda.
- Act as the main point of contact for owners regarding legal, tax, banking, and corporate governance matters.
- Monitor regulatory developments affecting PT PMAs and communicate changes to owners.
- Ensure all owner requests comply with Indonesian corporate, tax, immigration, and banking regulations.
- Coordinate international fund transfers and banking documentation with financial institutions.
- Maintain accurate records of corporate documents, compliance deadlines, and ongoing legal cases.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve complex owner issues efficiently.
Job requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law and PT PMA regulations is an advantage.
- Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal and administrative projects simultaneously.
