Job description
- Support the Operational Manager in overseeing daily engineering and maintenance operations
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal system performance
- Ensure all building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems, function efficiently and safely
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the engineering team
- Monitor maintenance schedules, reports, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational standards
Job requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position; experience in the hospitality or property industry is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of building systems, facilities, and preventive maintenance
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Willing and able to work in Ubud, Bali
