Gardener Supervisor

Maintain and care for ornamental plants, gardens, and green areas. Ensure all plants and landscaping are healthy, clean, and well-maintained. Perform watering, pruning, fertilizing, and basic pest control. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel's gardens according to hospitality standards. Handle gardening tools and equipment properly. Work closely with the team to maintain a beautiful and comfortable environment for guests. Follow safety and operational procedures. Support other landscaping activities as required.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hospitality industry. Minimum DI education, preferably in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field. Good knowledge of ornamental plant care and basic gardening. Responsible, disciplined, hardworking, and reliable. Good leadership and teamwork skills. Good attention to cleanliness and detail. Willing to work in the Ubud area.
