Engineering Supervisor

Supervise daily engineering and maintenance operations across villa properties Ensure all electrical, plumbing, AC, water heater, and mechanical systems function properly Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules Lead and monitor engineering staff performance Respond quickly to technical issues and guest complaints Maintain safety standards and operational efficiency

Minimum SMK/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) Minimum 2 years experience in Engineering Supervisor or similar role in hotel/villa industry Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, AC, pumps, and building maintenance Good leadership and communication skills Able to work under pressure and handle emergencies Basic English communication skills Based in Ubud or Gianyar Regency
