Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist Customer in-store in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information and support the sales process.
• Maintain Store Cleanliness, Organization and Product Display.
• Support stock management and inventory control.
• Handle sales transactions and basic sales administration.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly (including chat when needed).

Preferred Qualifications :

• Familiar with POS (Point of Sale) System.
• Basic Knowledge of Sales Administration.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp or Chat for Customer Communication.

• Good Communication Skill.
• Experience in retail or Store Operation is a plus.
• Customer Orientated Mindset.
• Neat, detail Oriented and Responsible.
• Willing to work in Shift (Including Weekends).
• Min High School (SMA / SMK) or Diploma in any Field
• Male / Female
