Job description
- Lead and supervise geotechnical site investigations
- Interpret and analyze geotechnical data to produce field reports
- Provide technical recommendations.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure geotechnical works comply with design specifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting geotechnical issues that arise during excavation, piling, embankments, or ground improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge transfer across the project team.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Geological Engineering (mandatory)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.
- Strong background in site-based geotechnical investigation, soil testing, and analysis
- Experience in infrastructure, mining, tunneling, oil & gas, or large-scale civil engineering projects
- Soil mechanics, foundation design, slope stability
- Ground improvement techniques and earthworks
- Pile design and retaining structures
- Willingness to work on-site on a rotation or full-time basis
