Job Summary

The Product Manager will lead end-to-end product strategy, development, and delivery to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong ownership, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to translate business needs into clear product roadmaps. The Product Manager will mentor junior PMs, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and act as the key bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Act as the primary product contact for key clients, gathering requirements, validating solutions, and managing expectations.
• Translate business and customer needs into well-defined PRDs, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, delivery, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
• Work closely with engineering teams on solution design, trade-offs, and technical feasibility.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, QA, Design, Sales, Operations, and Customer Support.
• Monitor and analyze product performance using KPIs, adoption metrics, and customer feedback.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Present product updates, demos, and progress reports to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to improving product management processes, documentation standards, and ways of working.

Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline (MBApreferred).

·       5–8 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, logistics, or enterprise tech.

·       Proven record of delivering successful digital products or platforms end-to-end.

·       Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum product delivery frameworks.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

·       Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.

·       Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, and product analytics platforms (Mixpanel,Power BI, etc.).

·       Ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility.
