Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Manager Intern to support the day-to-day management of enterprise clients. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Logistics Management who are interested in building a career in client management, operations, and customer experience within a fast-growing tech-enabled environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of key enterprise accounts by assisting in day-to-day coordination and communication
- Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with key enterprise clients
- Assist in client onboarding activities, including system setup and basic training coordination
- Monitor client accounts and help track performance metrics and service usage
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Technology) to address client needs and issues
- Assist in tracking and documenting client issues, ensuring proper follow-through until resolution
- Help prepare reports, insights, and presentations for client reviews
- Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of client inquiries
- Contribute to improving customer experience and operational workflows
