Industrial Account Manager (JKT)

• Accountable for achieving yearly sales and client revenue targets by actively sourcing new accounts to improve market share, by following up actively on all leads / hot prospects and by seeking all upsell potentials with existing / new clients in specific industry.
• Builds strategic relationship with senior customer management at a national level.
• Conduct research and gather intelligence from internal & external sources to understand the customer (strategies, operational & procurement culture).
• Identify & develop effective relationships with key contacts within targeted customer organizations, as well as obtain Board sponsorship to ensure maximum leverage for PCP Express interests.
• Maintaining national existing customer by conducting regular visit to all existing client and conducting regular Quarterly Business Review with top 10 customer within area sales coverage.

• Bachelor degree with 4 - 5 years of experience in a related area of responsibility.
• Supply Chain Management experience with Multi National Customers and sound logistics understanding.
• Excellent analytical & problem solving skills, written and oral communication skills.
• Effective presentation & facilitation skills
• Strong relationship management, senior program management and operational skills.

·         Must have good conversational and communication, Time Management, Teamwork, Leadership, Problem Solving, Persuasive Skill
