Job description
- Install, commission, and set up CNC machines at customer locations
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
- Conduct machine alignment, calibration, and accuracy checks
- Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service support
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Provide basic operational guidance and technical training to customers
Job requirements
- Associate Degree (D3) in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering is required
- Priority for candidates with experience in CNC machines (Field Engineer or Service Engineer).
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical CNC systems.
- Understanding of CNC preventive maintenance and machine troubleshooting.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Capable of preparing detailed analysis reports on machine issues.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing and able to work in various locations.
