Job description

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions — from recruitment and training to GA and payroll.
  • Develop and roll out clear HR policies and SOPs that support a growing organization.
  • Be the go-to person for resolving conflicts and managing employee relations.
  • Turn HR data into actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Play a key role in shaping a positive and productive workplace culture.



Job requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on HR experience (bonus points if it's in the F&B industry).
  • Skilled in delivering effective training programs (especially valuable in F&B settings).
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and Industrial Relations.
  • A great communicator — assertive, approachable, and solution-focused.
  • Ready to jump in and start making an impact immediately.
