Business Operation Supervisor

We are hiring Business Operation Supervisor. This role supports operations and supply chain activities including procurement, inventory, warehouse, production, and R&D processes. Responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, developing reports and dashboards, mapping and improving business processes, and supporting special projects. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and align operations with business goals.

• Has 2-3 or more years working in Fast Paced Business Environment
• Exposure to operations side of the business especially production, RnD, and expansion (Deep understanding about technicality of Business Ops)
• Experience in the FnB & Consumer product preferred [Selling Product Online & offline]
• Required Skills: Project Management and Operational Excellence
• Bachelor degree in Business/Food Tech or another quantitative discipline
• Adaptable, agile, and willing to learn
• Strong work ethic and proven track record working in teams
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to details
• Have a good communication skill, Outspoken personality, & Good Adaptability Skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
