Sr Activation Executive

Job description

Project Leadership & Execution

  1. Lead and oversee end-to-end brand activation projects, from planning, budgeting, and coordination to flawless on-ground execution.
  2. Ensure all activation programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives and brand standards.
  3. Act as the escalation point for complex issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption.


Team Management & Collaboration

  1. Manage, mentor, and guide junior activation staff to enhance their capabilities and performance.
  2. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (accounts, planners, creative, production) to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
  3. Promote teamwork, accountability, and open communication across all functions.


Financial Performance & Vendor Management

  1. Control project profitability by monitoring budgets, optimizing resources, and negotiating competitive vendor rates.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  3. Track and report financial performance of projects, ensuring profit margins meet company targets.


Quality Assurance, Safety & Compliance

  1. Implement strict quality control checkpoints to ensure outputs meet company and client standards on the first submission.
  2. Enforce safety and compliance protocols to ensure 100% incident-free activations.
  3. Uphold integrity by ensuring zero tolerance for unethical practices and full adherence to company policies.


Innovation & Client Success

  1. Drive client satisfaction by integrating fresh trends, technologies, and creative approaches into activations.
  2. Support client retention and growth by consistently delivering high-quality, impactful activation experiences.
  3. Contribute insights and creative solutions in brainstorming and strategy sessions to elevate activation outcomes.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in brand activation or event marketing.
  • Proven experience in brand activation, event management, or experiential marketing.
  • Strong ability to manage end-to-end projects, including planning, budgeting, and on-ground execution.
  • Experience leading teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Solid vendor management and negotiation skills to ensure cost efficiency and quality delivery.
  • Good understanding of budgeting, financial tracking, and project profitability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle pressure and resolve issues quickly.
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
