- Control project profitability by monitoring budgets, optimizing resources, and negotiating competitive vendor rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Track and report financial performance of projects, ensuring profit margins meet company targets.
Quality Assurance, Safety & Compliance
- Implement strict quality control checkpoints to ensure outputs meet company and client standards on the first submission.
- Enforce safety and compliance protocols to ensure 100% incident-free activations.
- Uphold integrity by ensuring zero tolerance for unethical practices and full adherence to company policies.

- Drive client satisfaction by integrating fresh trends, technologies, and creative approaches into activations.
