Job description

1.Content Development & Production

  • Produce high-quality social media content (video, visual, and supporting assets) for pitches, campaigns, and ongoing client projects.
  • Ensure creative execution aligns with client briefs, platform best practices, and agency quality standards.
  • Adapt and optimize content across multiple social media platforms while maintaining consistency in storytelling and visual quality.
  • Execute content variations to support performance testing and optimization.


2.Brand & Campaign Alignment

  • Translate client briefs and campaign strategies into engaging, brand-consistent social media content
  • Ensure all published content complies with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Optimize content based on audience behavior, engagement data, and platform insights.
  • Support Account and Strategy teams with social media assets that drive campaign performance and client retention.


3.Workflow & Delivery Management

  • Manage content editing, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring according to content calendars and deadlines.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all assigned content with minimal revisions.
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries to ensure smooth handover and future reuse.
  • Apply quality control checks to ensure error-free outputs before publishing.


4.Creative Innovation & Optimization

  • Actively explore emerging social media trends, formats, and features.
  • Propose and test new creative approaches to improve engagement and reach.
  • Support implementation of new tools, templates, or workflows to improve efficiency and output quality.
  • Analyze content performance and apply learnings to future executions.


5.Collaboration & Team Contribution

  • Work closely with Social Media Lead, Account, Creative, and Digital teams to ensure alignment across campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights during briefings, brainstorming sessions, and reviews.
  • Share best practices, references, and learnings with the team to strengthen collective capability.
  • Act as a reliable execution partner within cross-functional teams.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation (video, visual, and supporting assets), preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality creative content across different social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in content creation and editing tools, such as (Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro,Adobe After Effects,Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator,Supporting tools, Canva, Figma)
  • Solid understanding of social media platform best practices and trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong visual storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging for target audiences.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong quality control and organizational skills.
  • Basic data literacy to optimize content based on audience behavior, engagement metrics, and platform insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
