The Legal Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive legal support across the group’s business units, including digital creative, event activation, and talent management.
This role involves handling end-to-end legal documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia, and supporting internal stakeholders
to mitigate legal risks.
Key responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs),
Vendor Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Talent Agreements.
The role is also responsible for handling government reporting and licensing requirements, including but not limited to LKPM reporting, brand/trademark registration,
and coordination with relevant authorities. Additionallt, the Legal Specialist must possess strong knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in Indonesia, including their practical
implementation and enforcement within creative and talent-based industries. The role also requires the preparation of internal legal documents as needed,
including Powers of Attorney (POA), company letters, and other corporate documentation. Additionally, the Legal Specialist will assist the Human Resources team in
employment-related matters, providing legal support as required.
Job requirements
Graduated from reputable universities in Indonesia
A Master’s degree is preferred
Prior experience as a legal professional in a group company with multiple legal entities; knowledge of the FMCG industry is an advantage
Preferably 2–4 years of experience in similar legal roles; ideally within a group company with multiple legal entities; experience in or knowledge of the FMCG industry is an advantage.
Prior experience handling high volume commercial contracts.
Have experienced in handling LKPM reporting to OSS BKPM, and any other licensing such as brand/trademarks registration
Strong attention to detail, with a demonstrated willingness to learn and develop professionally
Strong legal research and writing skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Willingness to work on weekends on a case-by-case basis, as required
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Able to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team
