1.Creative Concepting & Visual Storytelling
- Partner with Copywriters to develop "Big Ideas" and 360° campaign concepts that answer the client brief.
- Create compelling mood boards, storyboards, and "scamps" (sketches) to visualize ideas for internal and client presentations.
- Translate abstract strategies into concrete visual directions (Key Visuals) that work across digital, print, and motion.
2.Art Direction & Production Supervision
- Attend photo/video shoots to approve angles, lighting, and styling in real-time.
- Oversee the adaptation of the approved Key Visual (KV) into various formats by the design team, ensuring consistency.
3.Design Execution & Craft
- Personally execute the most critical design elements of a campaign (e.g., the master KV, logo design, or high-stakes UI).
- Refine typography, color palettes, and layout composition to ensure all work meets the agency's aesthetic standards.
- Prepare high-quality presentation decks that sell the "story" behind the design to clients.
4.Project Ownership & Efficiency
- Lead mid-sized projects from briefing to delivery with autonomy, escalating only critical issues to the CD/Senior AD.
- Manage the timeline for creative deliverables, coordinating with Traffic Managers to ensure the design team meets milestones.
- Anticipate production challenges (e.g., impossible deadlines, budget constraints) and propose creative solutions to solve them.
5.Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Collaborate closely with Copywriters to ensure the interplay between headline and visual is impactful.
- Actively receive and implement feedback from Creative Directors to refine conceptual thinking and art direction skills.
