- Simplify complex information into easy-to-understand copy for diverse audiences.
- Conduct research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.
- Understand the entire product design and development process to craft compelling microcopy.
- Create and maintain style guides, including the brand's voice.
- Collaborate with various teams to create seamless user experiences through words.
Job requirements
- Willing to stay in Medan.
- Has experience min. 6 months in UX Writing or Copywriting.
- Strong writing skills in both English and Indonesian (writing proficiency is a must).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to research and understand user needs to create copy that enhances user experience.
