Job description

  • Write manuals, product docs, and financial guides for fintech.
  • Simplify technical and financial topics for all audiences.
  • Document remittance processes, rules, and features with teams.
  • Ensure accuracy in transaction and security docs.
  • Create software docs with experts and developers.
  • Build knowledge bases, FAQs, and support content.
  • Simplify complex remittance info for users and partners.
  • Write API docs for fintech-bank integrations.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business, or related fields.
  • 1+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong research and analytical skills in financial products and regulations.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent technical writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to simplify complex financial information.
  • Familiar with MS Office, Google Docs, and cloud collaboration tools.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in gathering stakeholder information.
