Job description
- Write manuals, product docs, and financial guides for fintech.
- Simplify technical and financial topics for all audiences.
- Document remittance processes, rules, and features with teams.
- Ensure accuracy in transaction and security docs.
- Create software docs with experts and developers.
- Build knowledge bases, FAQs, and support content.
- Simplify complex remittance info for users and partners.
- Write API docs for fintech-bank integrations.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business, or related fields.
- 1+ years of technical writing experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Strong research and analytical skills in financial products and regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent technical writing skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex financial information.
- Familiar with MS Office, Google Docs, and cloud collaboration tools.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in gathering stakeholder information.
