Job description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for short- and long-term growth.
  • Lead the sales team, track KPIs, and adjust plans to hit targets.
  • Work with marketing, ops, and product teams to align efforts.
  • Build strong client ties to boost loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends and rivals to stay competitive.
  • Report insights to management for better decisions.

Job requirements

  • Willing to stay in Medan.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Preferably from the banking, fintech, hotel & travel management, or export-import industries.
  • Proven ability to design and implement effective sales strategies in a dynamic and competitive market.
  • Multilingual skills are required (Mandatory: Bahasa Indonesia and English; other languages are a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of sales tools and technology, with proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics software.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel for business as needed.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing sales teams.
