Job requirements
Willing to stay in Medan.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Preferably from the banking, fintech, hotel & travel management, or export-import industries.
Proven ability to design and implement effective sales strategies in a dynamic and competitive market.
Multilingual skills are required (Mandatory: Bahasa Indonesia and English; other languages are a plus).
Strong knowledge of sales tools and technology, with proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics software.
Willingness and flexibility to travel for business as needed.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
