Job description

Build systems for users and internal stakeholders (Finance, Compliance, Marketing).
Develop and deliver high-quality features on time.
Monitor deployments and resolve issues promptly.
Review team members’ code to ensure quality and maintainability.
Collaborate in cross-team discussions and contribute to decision-making.
Create reusable code and libraries for future use.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Backend Engineer.
Proficient in Docker and Laravel (PHP).
Experienced and skilled in using PostgreSQL and Redis for 1 to 2 years.
Solid understanding of design patterns for writing reusable code.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
Proven ability to complete tasks efficiently and on time.
Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement mindset.
