- Gather, clean, and analyze HR-related data from various sources
- Utilize advanced data analysis tools and techniques to uncover insights related to employee behavior, performance, and trends.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key HR metrics
Job requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR analytics, workforce analytics, or data analysis, ideally within an HR department or People Analytics team.
- Experience with HR systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Experience in conducting predictive modeling or working with large datasets is an advantage.
