Job description
- Responsible to handle all activities
- Responsible to new product release and promote new products, new market development, evaluate sales achievement, evaluate loss in competition
- Developing, implement and execute Sales strategies and plan
- Reduce complain and return related to service and relationship
- Build and maintain long term relationships with new existing customers through daily contact and frequent visit
- Analyze daily sales problem and create action plan to improve best practice sales operation
Job requirements
- S1/S2 with any background from reputable university or overseas
- Maximum 40 years old
- Have experience in similar position at least 3 year in the Food Packaging Industry
- Expertise in Marketing Strategy and Sales Management
- Must familiar with Marketing Tools and Sales Management
- Have knowledge of rigid & flexible packaging
- Able to lead and handling Sales Teams and being good motivator
- Computer Skills : Office Application (word, excel, power point)
- Target oriented
