Facility Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations, including preventive and corrective work.
• Oversee contractors and vendors during maintenance or construction projects, ensuring work meets company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure proper repairs.
• Plan maintenance schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion of deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, budgets, and reports.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 2 years of experience in supervising maintenance or construction projects is preferred.
• Solid understanding of construction, building maintenance systems, and safety standards.
• Proven leadership or supervisory skills in maintenance or construction settings.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for working with teams and vendors.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.
• Prior experience in a maintenance or facility supervisory role is an advantage.
