Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop potential clients and new architecture project opportunities.

- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, investors, hospitality groups, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Understand client requirements, project scope, design needs, budget, and timeline.

- Present Lumbung Architect's portfolio, design capabilities, and services to prospective clients.

- Conduct project and market research to identify potential opportunities aligned with Lumbung Architect's expertise.

- Coordinate with Architects and Management in preparing proposals, presentations, and project pitches.

- Follow up and manage leads from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and project closing.

- Maintain and develop a strong network within the architecture, property, hospitality, and real estate industries.

- Monitor and report business development pipeline, potential projects, and client progress.

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture is a MUST HAVE

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Architecture, Business Development, Sales, Client Relations, or related fields.

- Good understanding of architectural design processes, project development, and the architecture industry.

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.

- Able to understand and communicate architectural concepts to clients in a clear and business-oriented manner.

- Fluent in English

- Proactive, target-oriented, confident, and comfortable meeting new people.

- Having a network within property, hospitality, real estate, or architecture industries is a strong advantage.
