Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle client matters in litigation and non-litigation areas
2. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
3. Review contracts, pleadings, and legal correspondence
4. Provide legal opinions and risk assessments
5. Represent clients in court, arbitration, and government proceedings
6. Assist in PKPU, bankruptcy, and asset enforcement cases
7. Maintaining accurate and organized case files, timelines, and reporting systems
8. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1 year of professional legal experience, preferably in litigation or commercial law
2. Officially licensed as an Advocate (PERADI) is a plus
3. Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university, with a GPA of 3.00 or higher
4. Strong skills in legal research, case analysis, and legal drafting
5. Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency (written & spoken) is a strong plus
6. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
7. High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality
