Job Description:

Collaborate with clients to understand workforce needs and project objectives.
Develop project plans covering scope, timeline, deliverables, and resources.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Oversee end-to-end project execution, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, and engagement processes.
Monitor project progress and milestones to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage expectations through regular updates.
Maintain strong client relationships to support renewals, performance growth, and new opportunities.
Ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
Coordinate project teams through task delegation and resource allocation.
Support and supervise workers/agents, handle inquiries, and mediate conflicts when needed.
Maintain strong relationships with workers/agents by providing updates and support for their daily work.
