Job description

  • Job Description:

1. Employee Lifecycle Administration

  • Manage end-to-end employee administration (onboarding, movement, offboarding)
  • Prepare and issue employee documents (contracts, letters, confirmations)
  • Maintain complete and updated employee records


2. HRIS & Data Management

  • Maintain and update HRIS / employee database
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper documentation
  • Generate routine reports (headcount, joiners/leavers, movements)


3. Employee Support & Experience

  • Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries (policies, procedures, documents)
  • Support onboarding process and new joiner experience
  • Assist in engagement initiatives and internal communications


4. HR Operations & Process Execution

  • Ensure smooth execution of HR operational processes
  • Maintain proper filing system (digital & physical)
  • Coordinate with internal teams for employee-related processes


5. Compliance & Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations
  • Support audits and documentation readiness
  • Monitor completion of mandatory employee documents


6. Process Improvement

  • Identify inefficiencies in HR operations
  • Support standardization and improvement of HR processes



Job requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations or Administration
  • Understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Familiarity with HRIS (experience with Talenta is a plus)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
