Job description:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements
• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
• Liaise with People Partner to prepare and extend job offers, including salary negotiation
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and timelines

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Experience in a headhunting and startup environment is a plus
• Able to handle multiple hiring requests simultaneously
• Familiar with ATS / recruitment tools
• Detail-oriented with strong database management skills
• Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
