Job Description:

• Conduct time & motion observations and collect operational data on the floor
• Measure productivity per worker and per squad, and help map process flow and bottlenecks
• Analyze lead times and process times to identify where output is lost
• Support process redesign and technology improvements (e.g. OCR data entry, auto-scheduling)
• Help prepare bi-weekly progress findings for management

- Student or fresh graduate from a leading university, in Industrial Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related

- Strong academic track record; comfortable with data and Excel; structured, analytical thinker

- Willing to spend time on the warehouse floor, not just behind a desk

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn lean/continuous-improvement methods
