Finance Analyst & Business Partner

• Partner with business units to provide financial insights and business recommendations
• Conduct financial analysis related to profitability, unit economics, cashflow, and business performance
• Manage visibility over invoicing, AR aging, collection movement, and working capital efficiency
• Lead monthly business reviews to identify risks, variances, and improvement opportunities
• Prepare finance reporting and dashboards to support management decision-making
• Support forecasting, business case evaluation, and investment analysis
• Collaborate with Operations, Billing, Collection, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational-financial bottlenecks
• Drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives within Finance

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, ACCA, Brevet A/B) are a plus

Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Finance Operations, Commercial Finance, Working Capital, AR/Collection, or related functions
• Proven experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders (Commercial, Operations, Product, etc.)
• Exposure to high-growth companies, technology/platform businesses, or operationally intensive environments is highly preferred
• Experience in fundraising, strategic projects, or M&A is a plus

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of working capital, invoicing, AR aging, collection, and cash conversion cycles
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, business performance analysis, and unit economics capabilities
• Familiarity with ERP systems, finance dashboards, Power BI, Metabase, Odoo, and SQL (plus point)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and Indonesian tax fundamentals
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
