Corporate Strategy Junior Analyst (Freelance)

• Support the end-to-end acquisition and ongoing management of financing partners, including due diligence, onboarding, internal coordination, documentation, and compliance with funding and internal control requirements.
• Assist in preparing and managing reporting processes for Staffinc Group and its subsidiaries.
• Support in OKR setting, monitoring, and other administrative tasks to support team effectiveness.
• Perform hands-on operational and administrative work, including data tracking, documentation updates, file management, and maintaining internal records to support daily execution.
• Assist in the development, documentation, and maintenance of standardized templates, guidelines, dashboards, and knowledge management tools.
• Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and support the automation, standardization, and refinement of operating procedures.
• Support ad-hoc strategic projects (e.g., system implementation or company-wide process improvement initiatives).
• Assist in end-to-end M&A transactions, including target identification and screening, financial modeling, financial and commercial due diligence, and valuation analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related fields, fresh graduates are welcome
• Knowledge of Financial models (e.g. 3 statement models, DCF, etc)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
• Comfortable with hands-on administrative and operational tasks, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities through detailed execution work
• Preferably has prior internship or project experience in finance, debt instruments, due diligence, or related fields.
