Commercial Excellence

• Manage revenue & performance intelligence (monthly reports, pipeline, GP, BD compliance)
• Accountable for data integrity & database governance
• Assist in policy distribution and adoption for commercial governance, compliance, and resource controls
• Assist investor, financier, and audit due diligence readiness
• Owns growth intelligence outputs PSR
• Assist in competitor and other intelligence activities
• BD Resource management (Hiring req, standard, etc)
• Ensures governance and adoption of commercial standards & credentials readiness across the group
• Owns forecasting logic & performance frameworks (KPIs, scorecards, sales performance models)
• Leads commercial systems & infrastructure (HubSpot, automation, scalability)
• Owns sales enablement frameworks (ABM, inbound assignment, execution flow)
• Drives market sizing logic (TAM, account structure, targeting models)
• Ensures tool adoption, usability, and execution efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Data, or related fields.
• 4–7 years of experience in commercial operations, business intelligence, strategy, or revenue operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into business insights.
• Experience managing sales performance reports, pipelines, forecasting, and KPIs.
• Familiar with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and sales systems.
• Understanding of data governance, reporting accuracy, and database management.
• Able to work cross-functionally and support commercial governance, compliance, and operational processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
