Business Manager - Master Supplier Program

Lead and grow Staffinc's Master Supplier Program (MSP) by driving business growth, managing commercial performance, and building scalable operational processes. This role is responsible for overseeing both Products and Services business lines while ensuring sustainable profitability and excellent client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end business performance, including P&L, revenue, margin, and growth targets.
• Lead commercial discussions, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and enterprise client relationships.
• Develop and execute business growth strategies for the MSP business.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Project Management team while building a high-performing organization.
• Establish and improve SOPs, governance, and operational processes across sales, sourcing, delivery, billing, and collections.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships, and support long-term business expansion.

• 8–12 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial, General Management, or Business Unit leadership.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing teams and owning business performance (P&L).
• Proven experience managing enterprise B2B clients and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, pricing strategy, and financial management skills.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Experience in Procurement, Staffing, BPO, Master Supplier Program, Distribution, FMCG, Telecom, BFSI, or Marketing Services is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields (Master's degree is a plus).
