Job Description:

  1. Lead the PMO Team: Direct and mentor Project Managers and PICs to ensure daily operations across various sites are executed seamlessly.
  2. Client Facing & Advocacy: Conduct regular Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients to report on performance, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  3. Service Excellence: Standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all managed facilities to maintain high-quality service delivery.
  4. Crisis Management: Act as the "Lead Fixer" during operational emergencies or major client complaints, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  5. Resource Optimization: Review manpower planning and equipment procurement to ensure cost-efficiency without compromising service quality.
  6. Contract Management: Oversee the renewal process and ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are strictly honored.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Facility Management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role within an outsourcing/service provider environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-site FM operations.


Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Hard Services (MEP, HVAC) and Soft Services (Cleaning, Pest Control, Security).
  • Proficiency in Financial Literacy (Managing P&L, Cost-Benefit Analysis, and Budgeting).
  • Familiarity with FM software (CAFM/CMMS) and Project Management tools.


Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal) for high-level client presentations.
  • High-Stakes Negotiation: Ability to manage difficult conversations with clients and vendors.
  • Analytical Thinking: Data-driven approach to solving operational inefficiencies.
  • Leadership: Ability to inspire and manage a diverse workforce, from field staff to project leads.
