Job Description:

• Lead and manage the business review process, analyzing performance data and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Establish and facilitate structured one-on-one meetings, promoting open communication and professional development among team members.
• Drive the strategic planning process for the business unit, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering
• Evaluate and implement initiatives proposed by the holding company, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients, addressing project status, performance metrics, and cultivating strong client relationships.
• Provide updates and collaborate with the Finance Team in weekly meetings, aligning financial goals with business objectives.
• Organize and facilitate client meetings, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Initiate and oversee the creation of PKS for projects, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Manage the contracting process for project workers, collaborating with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance.
• Manage the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of invoices to clients each month

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university, preferably in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in business operations, account management, consulting, or project management.
• Willing to be based in Jakarta and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in FMCG industry, with understanding of field operations, distribution, or manpower/project-based execution. (is a must)
• Experience in BPO, manpower outsourcing, or event/project-based operations (is a plus)
• Experience in client-facing roles (e.g., account management, business development, or partnerships).
• Exposure to recruitment, workforce management, or HR operations (is a plus)
• Basic understanding of labor law, compensation & benefits (especially related to project-based workers, is a plus)
