Job Description:

• Support business growth initiatives through analysis, research, and execution support.
• Identifying margin improvement opportunities, developing monetization schemes, and contributing to scalable business frameworks.
• Delivering structured insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate from Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with data and conducting structured research
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership and initiative
• Domiciled in Jakarta
