AI Project Manager

• Work with internal stakeholders to understand workflows across financing partner acquisition, reporting, M&A, and operational processes, and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, build, and deploy automation solutions (e.g., integrations, data pipelines, dashboards, and lightweight tools) to streamline corporate strategy and operational activities.
• Analyze and optimize processes by identifying inefficiencies, and drive standardization through scalable systems, templates, guidelines, and knowledge management tools.
• Translate solutions into clear, actionable workflows for non-technical stakeholders, and continuously iterate based on user feedback and evolving needs.
• Support end-to-end execution of corporate strategy, including stepping in for hands-on administrative work where automation is not yet in place.
• Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives (e.g., system implementation, company-wide process improvements) with an automation-first approach.

• You have experiences in operations, project management, consulting, or similar roles with exposure to process improvement or automation.
• You’re highly familiar with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms, no-code/low-code tools) and able to leverage them to solve operational problems and improve workflows.
• You’re comfortable working with data, structured thinking, and building simple solutions (e.g., dashboards, automations, lightweight scripts); basic coding knowledge (Python, SQL, or similar) is a plus, not required.
• You love talking to users, uncovering pain points, and crafting pragmatic technical solutions.
• You’re comfortable in ambiguity — prioritizing impact over perfection.
• You value empathy and communication as much as technical skill.

Bonus Points

• Hands-on experience using AI/automation tools to improve workflows or build internal tools (please share projects/portfolio if any).
• Business experience and ability to prioritize and map out projects based on its potential impact to the financial performance of the business.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing engineering, consulting, startup role and fluency in english
