Accounting Specialist

• Handle end-to-end financial recording, closing and reporting for the BU, ensuring full compliance with PSAK and/or IFRS.
• Ensure all financial reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with Holding standards to support the Group's IPO roadmap
• Act as single fighter in accounting in the BU, managing day-to-day accounting tasks independently.
• Coordinate closely with the Finance & Accounting team at the Holding for consolidation and reporting.
• Maintain organized and detailed financial records, and implement internal control (ICFR) measures at BU level.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation in a timely manner to ensure a smooth process
• Monitor financial transactions, perform variance analysis and escalate any discrepancies to the Holding team immediately when needed.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations at each entity level to support the preparation of consolidated financial statements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Accounting or Auditing.
• Preferred Background: Prior experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP), preferably at a Senior Associate level or equivalent.
• Proficient in preparing consolidated financial statements and performing in-depth account analysis.
• Deep understanding of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK/IFRS).
• Expertise in Advanced Excel for managing and analyzing complex financial data.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as Brevet A & B, CA, or CPA will be an advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, high attention to detail (accuracy), and the ability to lead closing processes under tight deadlines.
