Accounting Specialist

Job Description:

• Handle end-to-end financial recording and reporting for the BU.
• Ensure all financial reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with Holding standards.
• Act as single fighter in accounting in the BU, managing day-to-day accounting tasks independently.
• Coordinate closely with the Finance & Accounting team at the Holding for consolidation and reporting.
• Maintain organized and detailed financial records.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
• Monitor financial transactions and escalate any discrepancies to the Holding team when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3 years of experience in Accounting (preferably in a group/holding company structure).
• Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong coordination skills and ability to report regularly to the Holding.

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of taxation (although not a primary responsibility).
• Experience in service or project-based industries.
• Previous experience as the sole accounting personnel in a small/medium business unit.
• Familiarity with SAP, Accurate, or other ERP systems.
