Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Implement and maintain customer service standards to enhance guest satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to organize events, promotions, and special offers.
• Maintain accurate records of operational and financial activities.
• Prepare and submit reports as required by upper management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software and basic office applications.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to food safety and employment.
