Key responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and create a pleasant first impression.
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Follow the set menu system, serving dishes smoothly and accurately.
- Pre-service preparation: Check guest lists for dietary preferences and allergies to personalize each experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Check guest feedback regularly to ensure satisfaction and continuously improve service.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
Job requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Good English proficiency and communication skills to meet business needs.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to details.
- Motivated individual with a positive attitude.
- Demonstrates strong initiative, energetic and fast learner.
- Willing to be located in Cempedak.
