Waiter / Waitress - Cempedak Private Island

Key responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and create a pleasant first impression.
• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Follow the set menu system, serving dishes smoothly and accurately.
• Pre-service preparation: Check guest lists for dietary preferences and allergies to personalize each experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Check guest feedback regularly to ensure satisfaction and continuously improve service.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Good English proficiency and communication skills to meet business needs.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to details.
• Motivated individual with a positive attitude.
• Demonstrates strong initiative, energetic and fast learner.
• Willing to be located in Cempedak.
