Room Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain villas and public areas to the highest standards.
• Ensure all assigned rooms are properly prepared and ready for guest arrivals.
• Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items promptly.
• Respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow housekeeping procedures, hygiene standards, and safety regulations at all times.
• Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and report shortages when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant, Housekeeping Staff, or similar role is preferred.
• Basic English proficiency and good communication skills to meet operational needs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform housekeeping duties efficiently.
• Motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Demonstrates initiative, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willing to be located in Cempedak.
