Job description
The NPI (New Product Introduction) Staff is responsible for managing FAI progress, including monitoring status and preparing detailed reports on a daily and weekly basis. Coordinates with related functions to ensure project timelines are met and serves as the main point of contact for customer communications.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field. A Diploma (D3) in the same fields will also be considered
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, customer relationship, or supply chain
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Active English communication (verbal & written)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Good understanding of FAI process
