Sustainability Staff

Responsibilities :

1. Collect sustainability-related data
2. Communicate with supply chain
3. Provide training and guidance to smallholders
4. Conduct regular field trip to rubber plantations
5. Manage Sustainability activities (planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, reporting and presenting)

Job Requirements :

1. Male/Female, max. 35 years old.
2. Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Forestry, Agriculture, or related field).
3. Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, techniques, and technologies.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
6. Good teamwork, communication, and public speaking skills.
7. Willing to travel, including to remote areas.
8. Placement: Palembang.
9. Employment Status: PKWT (1-year contract).
