Restaurant Manager

A restaurant manager you will work together with and leading and developing a team. Responsible for many tasks, including: manning shifting, product knowledge and services, inventory management, reporting quality food and stock opname, marketing strategy and sales strategy also financial management.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related culinary qualification
• Minimum 3 years of industry and culinary management experience
• Experience in training others in high quality food preparation
• A passion for great food
• Passion for leadership and teamwork and a good eye for detail
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia both spoken and written
