1. Min Bachelor Degree majoring Hospitality
2. Min 3 years working experience as a Food & Beverage Manager
3. Experience in 5 stars Hotel/Resort is preferred
4. Strong at leadership skills
5. Good at problem solving, analytical thinking and decision making
6. Integrity, creative and innovative
7. Willing to be placed in Labuan Bajo (HOD for 3 years) East Nusa Tenggara, Flores Island
