Responsible for greeting and registering Hotel guests, providing guest service throughout the
customer journey, and settling guest accounts upon departure. Because the Front Desk is the heart
of the Hotel and the primary point of contact for guests, Front Office Agents must be knowledgeable
about all aspects of SBI, SBEC, the Hotel’s facilities, services, policies and procedures. Other
occasional duties include Concierge, Reservations, Telephone Operator, Business Centre and
Executive Club functions.
