Job description

Responsible for greeting and registering Hotel guests, providing guest service throughout the

customer journey, and settling guest accounts upon departure. Because the Front Desk is the heart

of the Hotel and the primary point of contact for guests, Front Office Agents must be knowledgeable

about all aspects of SBI, SBEC, the Hotel’s facilities, services, policies and procedures. Other

occasional duties include Concierge, Reservations, Telephone Operator, Business Centre and

Executive Club functions.

Job requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in the relevant position

• Execellent guest experience skills

• Great decision-making and problems solving sklills

• Outstanding leadership skills

• Strong ability to motivate staff

• Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred
