Sr. Graphic Designer

The graphic designer translates design ideas into wireframes and high-quality prototypes that align with project requirements, product goals, and PVG's brand identity. This role involves conducting visual audits and researching competitors' products and market trends to uncover data-driven insights for improving visual delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas that align with our brand identity and marketing goals (such as social media graphics, website visuals, brochures, and advertisements).
• A basic understanding of Human Centered Design methodology and tools. Passionate for design and storytelling, and willing to learn and iterate.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales department to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and deadlines.
• Develop the company’s brand identity by maintaining consistency in design elements across all marketing materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in graphic design.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Proven experience with at least 5 years as a full time graphic designer.
• Has working experience in a startup or early-stage company.
• Ability to translate key messages into visual elements.
• Proficient in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, etc.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa communications (both verbal and written).
• Willing to work from the office at Gambir, Jakarta Pusat

(Great to have)

• Experience in creating animation, motion graphics, and video editing is an advantage.
• Experience in photography.
• Having experience working in a multidisciplinary team that includes design, business, and technology.
• Working experience in a fast-paced agency setting.
