Recruitment Staff

Responsible for managing full recruitment life cycle for all channels within Distribution Directorate (sales recruitment), ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of top-quality candidates in alignment with the organization’s manpower planning and job profiling. Responsibilities including create job ads until preparing onboarding and training documentation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management / any related major.
• Having 1 - 2 years experience in handling end-to-end recruitment process, handling sales recruitment process in financial institution is a plus point.
• Having an excellent communication and relationship management skills with internal and external parties.
• Ability to manage workload with minimum supervision.
